Data Sharing

Systemise does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data or personal information to third parties.

Information may only be shared when required by law or when necessary to operate and secure the service.

Data Retention

Google user data is retained only as long as necessary to provide Systemise services or comply with legal obligations. If you disconnect your Google account or request account deletion, Google user data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to retain it.

Data Security

Systemise takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect Google user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

All communication with Systemise is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
OAuth access tokens are stored securely and only used to provide authorized functionality.
Access to Google user data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
We regularly review our security practices to help protect user information.
Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Revoking Access

Users may revoke Systemise's access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account permissions settings. Once access is revoked, Systemise will no longer synchronize with your Google Calendar until authorization is granted again.

Google API Services

Systemise's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
