Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

By accessing or using Systemise — including booking an appointment through a Systemise-powered page, using the Systemise admin panel, or otherwise using our software — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Systemise Is

Systemise is a scheduling and business management platform that helps cleaning service businesses manage appointments, availability, and calendar synchronization. Systemise provides the software only. Systemise is not the business performing your cleaning service, and is not a party to any agreement between a business owner and their customer.

2. Two Types of Users

Business Owners create an account, connect their Google account, and use Systemise to manage their bookings and calendar.

Customers use a business's public booking page (or embedded widget) to book an appointment with that business. Using the booking page to make a booking means you also agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts

Business owners are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under their account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Bookings

Systemise facilitates the scheduling of appointments between business owners and their customers. Systemise is not responsible for the quality, timing, completion, or outcome of any cleaning service booked through the platform — that is solely between the business owner and their customer. Any disputes about a booked service should be resolved directly between those parties.

5. Google Account Integration

If you connect a Google account, Systemise accesses only the calendar data necessary to synchronize appointments, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect this access at any time through your Google Account permissions or through the Systemise admin panel.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or other businesses' data; interfere with or disrupt the service; or use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Systemise available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any account that violates these Terms. Business owners may stop using the service and disconnect their Google account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Systemise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systemise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed appointments, scheduling errors, or disputes between business owners and their customers.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of Systemise after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to systemiseteam@gmail.com.
